A good source for CO2 tanks

Received my latest CO2 tank from aquariumplants.com. I ordered a 20 lbs tank this time. Upon receipt of the 20# co2 tank from UPS, I noticed that the tank was too light.
The tare weight (empty weight) on my 20 lbs co2 tank is 25.4 lbs. So I weighed the tank on our calibrated scale. It weighed 28 lbs.
I contacted aquariumplants.com, and spoke with Chad who was as mystified as I was. Where did all the CO2 go? According to aquariumplants, the tank left weighing 44 lbs at the time of shipment.
The economics: I paid $169.99 + $6 shipping for a full co2 tank. An empty 20 lbs tank is $118.99 + $6 shipping The difference: $51 I received a near empty co2 tank, but got a partial refund for the cost of filling the tank ($27). The hazmat fees, according to chad, are figured in the cost of the "FULL" co2 tank, so I wasn't refunded the full difference.
For the record, there is no leak in this CO2 tank. It's holding pressure just fine.

I bought a 10# tank with the Ultimate CO2 system. It is so efficent that the needle has barely moved in a month. I have heavily planted 55 gal tank that is growing STRONGLY. I could have used a smaller tank easily in this application.

Great Quality CO2 Cylinders

The three Rose Sword plants which I purchased from AP were recently removed from their pots and are now growing well, having established their roots in my aquarium's substrate.
The Milwaukee MA957 regulator I purchased from this company is a bargain, given that it includes a solenoid valve and bubble counter integrated into the MA957.
At first the low pressure gauge would not move, leading me to believe that it may have been defective, however, since that time the low pressure gauge now registers, so it must have been a stuck valve.
This MA957 regulator combined with the Aquarium Plants CO2 tank work well together.
Kudos to the people at AP, since they run a top flight operation with quality merchanise.
