Arrived just with one little half inch sprout, but quickly grew several leaves. The color is a light green, a little translucent. Leaves are not yet very wavy, but I think that comes a little later. Had the plant about 2 weeks now. It's really beautiful.
Ordered a dozen plants, 2 were DOA, 2 died shortly after, but the rest were all gorgeous and bigger/fuller than expected. Death may be due to 2 day shipping instead of overnight.

I bought one of these, cut all the leaves off and put it into the substrate. The next day there were four shoots about four inches long. By the morning of the next day the leaves were fully uncurled and about a foot high. Three days later i had eight leaves all over a foot long and flower shoots about three feet long. SNAILS LOVE IT and are eating them like crazy. I wouldnt recommend this plant for anything smaller then a 55g (hopefully tall!)

This plant is very large! Definately not for a tank smaller than 20 gallons. Leaves are large and wavy, as well as slightly translucent. It is a bright, rich, green. This plant would definately be the highlight or centerpiece of a planted tank.
