Description   Aqua Medic Sulphur Reactor 400 (1 Liter Volume) NEW! The Sulphur Reactor is a Bypass Reactor filled with sulphur beads which promote the growth of the specialized bacteria that remove nitrate. As a byproduct of the biochemical reaction that takes place in the Sulphur Reactor, sulphuric acid is produced and in consequence this unit must always be used in combination with a Hydrocarbonate Reactor in which the sulphuric acid is neutralized. Both reactors are supplied with a strong holding system Diameter 80 mm (c. 3.1") Length 35.5 cm (c. 14") Hose connection 4/6 mm (c. 1/4")
