gigantea is realy not a good plant for tank,due to the size,and they cant live a long period of time submersed

There is much missinformation regarding the entire Anubias species. Anubias can and will thrive both under water and emersed. Some times there can be an adjustment period, but this is rare. The Giganea is a great plant with a desirable leaf shape. I know that it survives submersed as I have 3 of them in a tank for nearly 3 years.

Large and attractive, though very slow growing for me, the plant I bought a few months ago has been looking as great as it was when I first got it.
