I cut stems generously and plants started growing quickly within a couple weeks. Plants are growing well without CO2 and in low to moderate light.

Broad Leaf Ludwigia

This is a great plant! It's fairly tall to start with and has very nice colors. I ordered 3 and was able to fill a good area with clums of 3 together. Most of the bunch plants I ordered were packed so when I pulled them out, they were arched and fall forward a bit. I am hoping once they are settled and under the light they straighten up.
11/11 - Look great still, thinking about ordering more.

This is a nice plant for adding green and some red to the aquascape. The upper leaves are turning red and the tips of other leaves are reddish, low leaves are green. Growing fast, trimmed within 2 weeks.

I've purchased this in the past and have this planted in 2 tanks.
Each time I've ordered this stem bunching I've received groups of 5-5+ stems which are usually about 5" in height.
I keep this in both a 10g and 90g with eco-complete substrate.
The 10g it easily reaches the top of the tank without need for plant dosing of any kind, the 90g is dosed with Seachems Plant line and it does quite nicely under the 2.4wpg of t5 lighting.
I love the pinkish/red hues that the upper leaves get and have found this to be a easy grower.

this is a great plant for the novice aquarium keeper! it's so hardy, so lush and colorful, the pics just don't do it justice! i put it in laterite and boy is it ever flourishing and gorgeous! i would definitely reccomend this plant to anyone looking to start a new hobby of aquarium planting, it's been so much fun and so rewarding to my fish- ps, this plant seems to be a not very yummy plant for lots of fish such as large comets and koi, unlike madagascar lace, which they decimated! great plant!
