Dear Canadian Customers,
Due the overwhelming customer response from Canada, we are kindly asking that you place your orders as early as possible during the month.
Even though the order info states "order deadlines" for each month, we may experience shortages of plants or equipment if orders are received too close to the deadline.
We have been experiencing HEAVY ordering towards the end of each month. Of course the orders are welcomed, but, this waiting 'till the last of the month, creates inventory shortages...
PLEASE place orders as soon as possible to ensure 100% fillrates on Canadian orders.

Until now, Canadian customers have been subjected to extreme HIGH prices for aquarium equipment, and HIGH prices and poor selection of aquarium plants. YES, you will enjoy the SAME prices on all equipment and live plants.
All Canadian orders shipped via UPS. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. BOX. You must provide an actual street address for delivery.
AQUARIUM PLANTS:
ALL of our species of plants have been approved for import by the Canadian Government.
Until now, each and every shipment of live plants brought in to Canada required that a "Phytosanitary Certificate of Inspection" had to accompany the shipments. (these cost $85 each). This huge expense will no longer be needed.

DUTIES/TAXES/IMPORT FEES:
Applicable PST's, GST,s, HST's for each Province are automatically computed and applied at the time of order.
NO hidden charges or fees.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
All shipping charges are computed "real time" (while you are placing the order), so there are NO hidden charges or extra charges that appear on your credit card. You will know exactly what you pay, before you "checkout".
