Description

Sagittaria platyphylla

Sagittaria Broadleaf (Chilensis) 5 plants per order. Each plant usually has 2-5 leaves on it.

Sagittaria Chilensis has been used in the hobby for many years. But it is not widely available commercially, which is a shame, because it is a lovely and relatively simple plant for a “low tech” aquarium. Its broad, strap-like leaves are a beautiful contrast to stem plants in the tank.

Very beginner friendly. Best to use a substrate fertilizer, as it loves a nutrient rich substrate.
